The StAnza experience is all about the live interaction between poets and their poetry, but in case you weren't able to come along, this year we released daily podcasts throughout the festival. Hint - if you'd like to listen to all the podcasts, subscribing with iTunes is the best way to do this.

And we visit StAnza's Poetry Market to speak to Read This Magazine, Magma as well as Colin Will about his Homecoming Haiku challenge. In our first full day podcast, we've got excerpts from this year's StAnza discussion, where Kate Clanchy, Thomas A Clark, David Mach, Peter McCarey and Stephen Scobie explore Scottish identity and Homecoming within the context of the national's poetic heritage. We've also got a reading from Stephen Scobie's new collection "Robert Louis Stevenson:From World's End" and a few kind words from poets Robert Crawford and Kate Clanchy about StAnza. Day 1 - 18th March - StAnza Opening Night

Our Opening Podcast is packed full of excellent poems, music and talk. We were lucky to be able to interview sculptor David Mach before the spectacular burnings of Burns. We include readings from StAnza participants Bill Manhire and Kate Clanchy. The sublime Sheena Wellington sings the original melody for My Love is Like A Red Red Rose And we have the opening speech from First Minister Alex Salmond.
